The Gottfried Silbermann Society which has been founded in 1990 devotes itself to the life and work of Gottfried Silbermann. Especially due to a variety of activities, such as concerts and publications, the membership of approx. 250 is steadily on the increase. The Gottfried Silbermann Society e.V. and the city Freiberg are members of the European City Community with historical organs ECHO. |
